Abstract:
To provide a sheet for preventing the degradation of a grain, by which the grain can be preserved for a long time at low cost and easily without changing the original flavor of the grain and which can be manufactured easily.
The sheet 1 for preventing the degradation of the grain is composed of a base material 2 and an anti-oxidation layer 3 prepared by mixing an anti-oxidation mixture 3d composed of an anti-oxidation material 3a, paste 3b, diatomite 3c and water sufficiently and coating the mixture on the base material 2 and drying and fixing it.
