The sheet processing device has a movable stapler 31 processing sheets, a supporting table 33 in which stapler moves, a storage box 81 arranged in the stapler, storing waste needles generated by the processing movement of the stapler, and capable of discharging the same, a discharging box 82 receiving the waste needles discharged from the storage box 81, a concave part 33a which is formed in a position where the storage box of the supporting table faces the discharging box and in which the stapler moving on the supporting table fall down. The waste needles are discharged from the storage box 81 to the discharging box 82 by the impact generated by the staplers falling down to the concave part.
