A finisher for forming irregularities in a thickness direction in a sheet bundle including a plurality of sheets to bind the sheet bundle includes streaking rollers 202a and 202b for forming a streak in the sheet bundle along an edge of the sheet bundle at a position spaced a predetermined distance apart from the edge of the sheet bundle, and binding rollers 203a and 203b, each having projections and recesses in the thickness direction, for forming irregularities in the thickness direction in the sheet bundle between the streak formed by the streaking rollers 202a and 202b and the edge of the sheet bundle with the sheet bundle sandwiched therebetween.
