PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet processing device which can recognize that a printed matter is viewed by a third person.SOLUTION: A confidential sheet on which an adhering image is formed on a sheet surface so as to conceal confidential information to be confidential when adhered so that overlapping sheets are adhered to each other by welding the adhering image formed on the sheet surface by a developer, is acquired. The overlapping confidential sheet is adhered in a position where the adhering image is formed by welding the adhering image.
