Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet additionally folding device that suppress a sheet bundle from being opened after additionally folding a folded sheet so as to improve an integration degree and an alignment performance of the sheet bundle.SOLUTION: The sheet additionally folding device comprises: a plurality of movement members 56a, 56b and 56c that moves along a fold of a folded sheet; and sheet pressing members 71, 72, 73, 74, 75 and 76 that press the sheet at predetermined intervals from both sides in a thickness direction crossing the fold of the folded sheet. Each of the plurality of movement members 56a, 56b and 56c supports the sheet pressing members and is arranged so that the intervals of the sheet pressing members 73, 74, 75 and 76 supported by the subsequent movement members 56b and 56c become gradually narrower than the interval of the sheet pressing members 71 and 72 supported by the movement member 56a which moves first. The movement members 56a, 56b and 56c are moved sequentially in a direction of the fold of the sheet so as to press the sheet.
