Abstract:
To provide a sheet processing device that can stably perform loading on the sheet and the sheet transport without affecting the post-processing by providing a sheet flexure accommodation section at a predetermined position in the sheet transport path with the post-processing means, avoiding the post-processing means.SOLUTION: The sheet processing device includes: a folding roller pair 11 that performs a folding process; a fold-increasing unit 50 that is installed between a conveyance roller pair 61 that conveys the folded sheet, and additionally folds the sheet folded by the folding roller pair 11; delay stop means provided to stop the folding roller pair 11 after stopping the conveyance roller pair 61, when the sheet is additionally folded by the fold-increasing unit 50; and a deflection accommodating part 64 provided to accommodate deflection of the sheet caused by the delay stop means at a predetermined position in the transport path between the folding roller pair 11 and the conveyance roller pair 61, avoiding the fold-increasing unit 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
