Abstract:
To improve a quality of a sheet after reinforcing a fold in a sheet processing device for reinforcing the fold of the sheet conveyed in a folded state.SOLUTION: A sheet processing device includes a pressing unit that presses a fold of a sheet conveyed in a folded state from a folding processing device that performs a folding process on a sheet. The pressing unit is disposed with respect to the folding processing device so as to press the fold of the sheet from the fold side more than the other part of the sheet overlapping with the fold, the sheet being conveyed from the fold processing device, with the fold and the other part of the sheet overlapped each other in the folded state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 21
