To provide a sheet processing device which can suppress a sheet from being folded at a position where a perforation is formed, and an image forming system.SOLUTION: A sheet processing device comprises folding processing means such as a folding processing device which performs folding processing to a sheet, and further comprises perforation forming means such as a perforation forming device which performs perforation processing to the sheet before the folding processing, and effectiveness determination means such as a control part which determines an effectiveness of sheet processing on the basis of a perforation position of the sheet and a folding position of the sheet when the perforation processing and the folding processing are performed to one sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 20
