Abstract:
To provide a sheet processing device that can smoothly group products when a sheet includes undesired objects that are not treated as the products.SOLUTION: A sheet processing device 1 comprises a cutting blade 34, an upstream roller pair 5a, a downstream roller pair 5b, and a controller 6. The sheet processing device processes a sheet SH in which multiple array portions forming at least a part of a group are aligned along a sheet conveying direction T. Products R are obtained by cutting the array portions of the sheet with the cutting blade. When the sheet partly includes undesired objects Z that are not treated as the products, or the sheet is an undesired sheet M composed of only the undesired objects, the controller controls the sheet processing device so as to guide the undesired objects and the undesired sheet into an exclusion path 40 different from a product conveying path 12 through which the products are conveyed, thus performing exclusion for excluding the undesired objects and the undesired sheet from the product conveying path.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
