To provide a sheet processor which can enhance durability of a paddle means and an image forming device provided with this sheet processor.

This sheet processor has a process tray 400 temporarily loading a discharged sheet, a rear end stopper 401 provided in one end in a sheet conveying direction of this process sheet 400, a discharge roller pair 404 discharging the sheet onto the process tray 400, a draw-in paddle 405 arranged in the downstream in the sheet conveying direction from the discharge roller pair 404 to rotate in the prescribed timing relating to the sheet discharged by the discharge roller pair 404 to draw in the sheet to the rear end stopper 401, and a swivel guide 403 which can open/close the roller pair in a separating/abutting condition and can nip and convey the sheet discharged to the process tray 400, and the draw-in paddle 405 is not operated in the case of discharging a first sheet to the process tray 400 and operated in the case of discharging the following sheet.
