This processor has a stapler 13 performing a binding processing for a bundle constituted of plural numbers of sheets, a pair of downstream discharge rollers 17 (17a) discharging a bundle of sheets P or a sheet for which the binding processing is performed by the stapler 13 and an ascendable/ descendable stack tray 18 loading the bundle of sheets P or the sheet discharged by the pair of downstream discharge rollers 17 (17a). When the bundle of sheets P is discharged, the stack tray 18 is elevated and the bundle of sheets P is discharged in a state that the uppermost surface (a sheet loading surface or a high rank sheet surface) of the stack tray 18 is approached to the pair of downstream discharge rollers 17 (17a).
