PURPOSE: To prevent environment pollution generated by disposal and burning of waste, improve transparency, flexibility, surface strength and the like and manufacture easily various kinds of products substituting vinyl chloride by forming a surface modified layer of superior resistance to blocking on one face of a resin base composed of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen and provided with polarity.
CONSTITUTION: A base 1 is resin composed of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen provided with large polarity. Ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymerized resin, ethylene-methyl methacrylate copolymerized resin or the like is preferable for use. A surface modified layer 2 is formed on at least one face of the base 1. A resin film of superior resistance to blocking, for example, a film of polyamide, non-crystalline polyester, polyethylene or the like is preferably used for the surface modified layer 2. The thickness of the layer should preferably be around 5-22μm. Environmental pollution generated by disposed of waste and burning of waste can be prevented by the constitution, and various kinds of products substituting vinyl chloride can be manufactured.
