A sheet punching device 200 includes a punch 230 in which a plurality of punch blades 230c and 230d are formed in order of increasing diameter from a tip toward a base end section, and a die 210 in which a plurality of die holes 210c and 210d of different diameters are formed corresponding to each of the punch blades 230c and 230d. The die 210 is rotated to make the selected die hole 210d face punch 230, the punch blade 230d is advanced into the die hole 210d and a hole is opened in a sheet. In this case, the position of the die hole 210d in the movement direction of the punch 230 is set not to interfere with the punch blade 230c having a larger diameter than that of the punch blade 230d corresponding to the die hole 210d.
