Abstract:
PURPOSE: To manufacture a plurality of small cards quickly and effectively by punching small card printed parts provided on a sheet at regular intervals.
CONSTITUTION: A punch die A is equipped with a plurality of punching means for small cards s, s,... from a sheet, S, and a feed part 11 and discharge feed part 12 are provided ahead and behind, respectively, of this punch die A. Further a feed roller B and discharging roller C are installed ahead and behind, respectively, of the punch die A. The feed roller B consists of a lower roller 13 and an upper roller 14 which can be set apart appropriately, and a roller operation sensor 24 is installed to give a sheet pinch command to these roller members 13, 14.
