Abstract:
PURPOSE: To automatically set the shift position of a sheet releasing cam, favourably carry out the arrangement of sheets, and prevent the completion delay and the weight loss.
CONSTITUTION: A sheet releasing cam shifting device is equipped with a driving motor 21 for driving a sheet releasing cam 6, sensor (e.g. potentiometer) 29 for detecting the shift quantity of a cam by the driving motor 21, and a controller for automatically controlling the shift position of the sheet releasing cam 6 according to the operation speed of a sheet feed press. The optimum position of the sheet releasing cam 6 which corresponds to the operation speed of the sheet feed press is inputted previously into the controller, and the optimum position of the cam 6, operation speed signal supplied from a main motor, and the position signal supplied from the sensor 29 are compared, and if difference exists, the total (integration) revolution speed of the driving motor 21 is varied, and the shift position of the sheet releasing cam 6 is set automatically.
