To provide the subject sheet capable of releasing components in a material without troublesome work and useful in the fields of foods, etc., by comprising a water-permeable sheet and a water-containing viscous material held between a water-impermeable sheet and enclosing a water-containing material close to the both sheets.

This sheet for releasing components of water-containing viscous material comprises a water-permeable sheet 12, a water impermeable sheet 10 and a water-containing viscous material 3 such as a seasoning like miso (fermented soybean paste), etc., a nutrient material and the like which is held by being inserted between the both sheets 10 and 12. The water-containing material 13 is enclosed by adhering the both sheet 10 and 12 and the laminated sheet in the enclosed state is formed by flexibly bringing the water permeable sheet 12 to be an inside surface. It is preferable to form the component releasing sheet 1 in a bag-like form by overlapping the water permeable sheets 12.
