To provide a sheet for a reply-paid envelope to be turned over when unsealing the envelope and used for an envelope for a returning envelope by forming a pressure-sensitive adhesive part covered with a release paper and a perforated line in the periphery of one sheet.

The sheet for the reply envelope comprises a rectangular address part 2, two joining parts 3 and 4 formed with the width slightly over one half of the width of the address part via a fold on both transverse sides, and flaps 5 and 6 protruded with the length smaller than that of the address part via a fold above and below the address part 2. The pressure-sensitive adhesive part covered with a release paper is provided on three outer peripheral ridges of the joining parts 3 and 4 and on tip ridges of the flaps 5 and 6. Cutoff tapes 15 and 19 are provided between each flap body and an adhesive part at the tip of each flap, and a cutoff tape 13 is provided between a pressure-sensitive adhesive part 11 of the joining part 4 and the joining part body.
