To provide a sheet for seeding and raising seedlings capable of fixing seeds in an arbitrary interval and grains firmly with a strength to easily handle without leaving out of the seeds, without adversely influencing sprouting during a process for seeding and raising seedling and having excellent water solubility.
In this sheet for seeding and raising seedling which is constituted by installing a dotted adhesive layer 2 with a regular intervals on a water-soluble or water-dispersible supporting body 1 and adding seeds to the adhesive and fixing the seeds with a water soluble high polymer film layer 4, the water- soluble high polymer film 4 is made of a combined film of a polyvinyl alcohol film with a polyethylene glycol film and the sheet for seeding and raising seedling is obtained by fusing the film to the water-soluble or water-dispersive supporting body 1 by heat fusion.
