Title:
SHEET FOR SINTERING PATTERN FORMATION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3442605
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for sintering pattern formation with which the refuge of carbon caused by sintering treatment is reduced, a sintered label or the like can be formed while improving the maintainability of coloring state such as the degree of white or adhesive sintering force to an object to be attached and the label is hardly dropped from the object to be attached even in case of water cleaning while temporarily fitting the label in the state of no sintering.
SOLUTION: This sheet has a ceramic green sheet layer 1 for sintering and a viscous layer 2 at least and that viscous layer 2 is composed of the superimposed layers of inside layer 21 reducing the refuge of carbon after sintering while having low temperature solubility and outside layer 22 having water cleaning resistance. Before sintering, the viscous layer 2 improves the strength of temporary attachment to the object to be attached, especially, its outside viscous layer 22 provides adhesive power so as not to be dropped even in the case of water cleaning and even when the ceramic green sheet layer 1 is formed based on the conventional example, in the case of sintering such a layer, the viscous layer 2 is eliminated on the side of low temperature and shows satisfactory thermal decomposibility in the case of disappearance so that carbon or tar is hardly left on the whole sheet for sintering pattern formation.
