To prevent a sheet bunch from being post-processed under the situation of being bent and to improve precision of post-processing to the sheet bunch even when thin sheet and curled sheet are the target of post-processing.
A guiding member, having a sloping surface 240A, guides the sheet to be post-processed in a sloping direction of the sloping surface 240A. A sheet keeping part 246 keeps the sheet on the sloping surface 240A and is movable in the sloping direction. A stopper member 261 catches the slope lower end part of each sheet S which slips down the sloping surface 240A and forms a sheet bunch SS on the sloping surface 240A. A gripper member 263 grips the slope lower end part SSa of the sheet bunch SS on the sloping surface 240A. A fastening member 264, when the slope lower end part SSa of the sheet bunch SS is gripped by the gripper member 263, presses bending part F of the sheet bunch SS from the upper surface side of the sheet bunch SS to the sloping surface 240A side.
