Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a sheet storage device installed below an image forming device and normally mounting and storing the sheets discharged in sequence.
CONSTITUTION: This sheet storage device 1 is installed on the same side as the discharge port 6 side of a copying machine 2, and it is provided with a sheet insertion section 7 receiving the transfer paper 5 discharged from the copying machine 2 and a sheet mounting tray 8 provided below the sheet insertion section 7 at a gap with the sheet insertion section 7 and mounting the transfer paper 5 inserted from the sheet insertion section 7. The sheet mounting tray 8 is formed into a ridge shape having a vertex near the sheet insertion section 7. One side is inclined downward to the downstream side in the sheet inserting direction from the sheet insertion section 7 side, and a stopper 9 is provided at the tip section. The other side is inclined downward in the opposite direction to the sheet insertion section 7 side near the sheet insertion section 7, i.e., in the upstream direction of the sheet inserting direction, a sheet rear end mount section 10 mounting the rear end section of the transfer paper is provided, and a stopper 11 is provided at the tip section.
