Title:
SHEET STRUCTURE OF PRESSURE REDUCING VALVE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2003067056
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To prevent trouble such as noise due to a fine opening state.
A sheet structure is characterized by that the valve seat surface angle of a pressure reducing valve 2 is set to about 75° and a seating part 9 of a valve body 6 in contact with a valve seat abutting surface 8 of a valve seat 7 is formed in conformity with the valve seat surface angle θ. Consequently, when the valve body 6 has a very small opening, an increase in the passage area of pressure fluid is more lenient than that of a conventional sheet structure and then valve body operation is made slow in a state of the very small opening so that flow of the pressure fluid is stabilized.
