Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply multiple sheets while preventing the penetration of an electrode wire from being blocked due to the overlap of the sheets more than a prescribed number or misalignment of the sheets when the multiple sheets are supplied to a supplied part.SOLUTION: The sheet supply device includes: first and second sheet supply parts 60 which respectively supply first and second long sheets (a protection sheet 16 and a rear surface resin sealing material 17); a slit formation part 70 which overlaps the first and second sheets with each other and forms slits penetrating through the first and second sheets; and a positioning part 90 which positions the first and second sheets, in which the slits are formed by the slit formation part, using the slits and supplies the first and second sheets to a glass substrate 11 serving as the supplied part.
