Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet supply unit which avoids occurring of a jam beforehand when a top portion of a sheet is sent off.SOLUTION: Even if a roll R rotates in the direction of an arrow C1 by only prescribed feed amount corresponding to a feed amount of a sheet 1 needed by the time that a top portion of the sheet 1 is detected by a sheet sensor 31 when the top portion of the sheet 1 is sent off, the rotation of the roll R is stopped when the top portion of the sheet 1 is not detected by the sheet sensor 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
