Adhesive sheets 4 obtd. by forming the first adhesive surfaces of double coated adhesive tapes consisting of the pressure sensitive adhesives having the relatively high adhesive power on the front surfaces of the substrates and having the second adhesive surfaces of the repetitively adherable pressure sensitive adhesives having the relatively low adhesive power on the front surfaces thereof are arranged in parallel. The width of the second adhesive surfaces is set larger than the width of the first adhesive surfaces and the adhesive sheets are provided with differences in level (a) therebetween to make the first adhesive surfaces lower. When the upper edge of the object to be bulletined is pressed by the palm of the hand in compliance with the long-side of the adhesive sheet 4, the sheet is adhered to the second adhesive surface 3 and temporarily supported by the difference between the difference (a) in level between the first adhesive surface 2 and the second adhesive surface 3 and the width. When the upper edge corner of the object to be bulletined is pressed with the fingertip, the sheet is adhered to the first adhesive surface 2 and is supported for a long period of time.
