Abstract:
PURPOSE: To increase degree of freedom of design, prevent noise and vibration, and prolong the service life of a sheet take-out device by adopting a cam mechanism for converting equal velocity rotational motion into man-equal velocity rotational motion.
CONSTITUTION: A sheet take-out device 1 is composed of a take-out rotor 2, a motor 3, and a cam mechanism 4 for converting the equal velocity rotational motion of the motor 3 into the intermittent rotational motion of the take-out rotor 2. An endless belt 8 is provided between a flywheel 7 and a pulley 6. A disk 5a is fixed to one end of a casing 5. Also a cam member 9 is set at a position adjacent to the disk 5a. The No.1 cam member 9a is provided upright at the center of the cam member 9 and has annular outer peripheral loci A and C in parallel to each other. The No.2 cam member 9b surrounds the No.1 cam member 9a and is formed in annulus ring shape having annular inner peripheral loci B and D in parallel to each other. A key groove 10a is formed on the side surface of the No. 2 cam member 9b and fitted closely to a key 10b fixed to the disk 5a.
