PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet three-dimensional shape formation device capable of deforming a dielectric sheet into a three-dimensional form using electrostatic force.SOLUTION: A sheet three-dimensional shape formation device comprises an electrode substrate in which a plurality of electrode groups having a plurality of electrodes are arranged at predetermined intervals are formed, and a control unit for controlling voltage to be applied to the electrode groups. The control unit applies voltage to the respective electrode groups so that electrostatic force for buckling a dielectric sheet by concentrating compressive force on a specific position of the dielectric sheet along the electrode substrate acts on the dielectric sheet placed on the electrode substrate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
