Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet transfer device capable of stabilizing sheet transfer conducted by a transfer roller.SOLUTION: A transmission part 100 includes: a first gear 110 which is supported by a frame part 20 so as to rotate around a first shaft center X110 and is rotated by a driving force; a second gear 120 which is supported by the frame part 20 so as to rotate around a second shaft center X120 arranged in parallel with the first shaft center X110 and rotates transfer rollers 11, 12, 15, 16 by its rotations; an arm 150 supported by the frame part 20; and a planetary gear 130 which is supported by the arm 150 and rotates around a third shaft center X130 arranged in parallel with the first shaft center X110. The arm 150 may swing around the first shaft center X110 between a first position where the planetary gear 130 engages with the first and second gears 110, 120 and a second position where the planetary gear 130 engages with the first gear 110 while separating from the second gear 120. A restriction part which restricts the arm 150 from displacing at the first position is provided at the frame part 20.
