The sheet discharge base 22 is located below the sheet loading base 21. The transport mechanism transports a sheet Sh1 loaded on the sheet loading base 21 onto the sheet discharge base 22 through an execution position where image processing by an image processing unit is executed. The lift mechanism 4 lifts the sheet loading base 21.
