A sheet for walls and roofing having heat shielding properties, water vapor discharging ability, and electromagnetic wave shielding functions for building structure use includes aluminum foils 10 which have a number of fine pores 11 with a diameter in the range of 0.1 micrometer to 10 micrometers arranged at equal intervals in vertical and horizontal directions. Means for laminating the aluminum foils 10 shifted across a ventilation space such that the fine pores 11 are not aligned in a penetrated state is employed. Also, means for forming the ventilation space by attaching a nonwoven cloth in the ventilation space, means for attaching a radio wave absorber in the ventilation space, and means for attaching the sheet for walls and roofing to a heat shielding material sheet and a structural plywood panel of a building may be employed.
