This sheet winding device 1A has a rotating center shaft 9 extended in the axial direction of a sheet winding part, a plurality of rollers 111-116 arranged at appropriate spaces around the shaft 9 and parallel with the shaft 9, and a roller-to-roller distance adjusting mechanism 17 forming a pantograph mechanism enabling the sheet winding part to expand/contract in a specified direction by combining the rotating center shaft 9 and rollers 111-116 by a plurality of links 13a, 13b, 15a-15d. Out of the rollers 111 to 116, a space between the rollers 112, 116 and a space between the rollers 113, 115 which are in line symmetic positions with respect to a linear shaft 16a orthogonal to the rotating center shaft 9, are adjusted, at the time of winding a sheet 7 and at the time of detaching the sheet 7.
