PURPOSE: To provide a sheetlike matter adhering apparatus which can adhere a second sheetlike matter (postcard) to an arbitrary position of a first sheetlike matter (fold section).
CONSTITUTION: A fold section S is supplied from a first feeder 1, and a postcard H is supplied from a second feeder 15. A first feeding pawl conveyor 4 and a second feeding pawl conveyor 15 are deviated in phases of feeding pawls (e.g. 4a and 18a) in response to previous adherence of the postcard H to any position of the section S. The section S and the postcard H are sucked by first and second suction units 6, 20 and conveyed while the deviation of the phases is being obtained, combined at a combining unit G, press-bonded by a press-bonding roller 9, and adhered.
