Then, a control part 11 displays and outputs this photographed image on a display part 16. At this stage, when the touch panel 15 overlapping the display part 16 is touched along the contour of a commodity, the control part 11 segments a commodity image from the photographed image. The control part 11 displays and outputs the table format read from a shelf assignment format storage part 18, sticks the commodity image within this format, displays and outputs the image and stores the image in a shelf assignment storage part 21.
