This lifting/lowering shelf device includes: an association shaft 6 operatively connected between respective left/right support arm bodies 3 and turned by the turning of the respective support arm bodies 3; urging means 5 connected at a substantially intermediate part in the shaft length direction of the association shaft 6, wherein the urging force of the urging means 5 is transmitted to a lifting/lowering shelf body 4 via the association shaft 6 and the supporting arm bodies 3; and a reinforcing support part 7 turnably supporting a position adjacent to the substantially intermediate part of the association shaft 6 connected to the urging means 5 and preventing the deformation of the association shaft 6 in the urging direction by the urging means 5.
