PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user-friendly lifting/lowering shelf facilitating access to a shelf board disposed on an upper side, and furniture unit.SOLUTION: A lifting/lowering shelf 2 includes: a shelf part 21 having a plurality of shelf boards 211-213 disposed in the height direction; and a lifting/lowering mechanism 222 for lifting/lowering the shelf part 21. Other than a lowermost shelf board 211 located in the lowermost out of the plurality of shelf boards 211-213, front ends (front-side ends) 212a and 213a in a side where a user 11 accesses, are formed into a first projecting shelf board 212 and a second projecting shelf board 213 projecting to the front side more than the front end (a front-side end) 211a of the lowermost shelf board 211.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
