Abstract:
To provide a shelf-plate illumination device used for a showcase that has a plurality of shelf plates, the device being compact and enabling uniform illumination without causing any shade even in the configuration in which a price rail is provided on the front edge of each shelf plate.
The shelf-plate illumination device 1 is configured such that an illumination unit is provided between each of the shelf plates 5 and the price rail 4 and illuminating light continuously uniform in the longitudinal direction is emitted from an emission face continuous in the longitudinal direction. The showcase SC has the shelf-plate illumination device on the front edge of each of the shelf-plates.
