Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved shell cracking machine enabling the shell of a seed to be more efficiently cracked than before.SOLUTION: A shell cracking machine M includes a shell cracking device 1 for cracking the shell of a seed B, the shell cracking machine M comprising: a feeding device 2 for transporting the seed B with a shell from an upstream which supplies the seed B, toward a downstream where the shell cracking device 1 is disposed; and a separator 3 which is disposed upstream of the shell cracking device 1 and separates the seeds B transported by the feeding device 2 into two lines. The shell cracking device 1 further comprises: a first shell cracking section 1L for cracking the shells of the seeds B on one line separated by the separator 3; and a second shell cracking section 1R for cracking the shells of the seeds B on the other line separated by the separator 3.
