Abstract:

PURPOSE: A pinhole is bored on a raw egg, boiled, and a sheet of adhesive paper is sticked on the boiled egg all over the surface for close contact, then the egg shell is crucked and the adhesive paper is peeled off to enable easy, rapid and hygienic shelling of boiled eggs.

CONSTITUTION: A pinhole, preferably of 0.5W1mm diameter is bored on a arbitrary position of a raw egg 1 and the egg is boiled. Then, a sheet of adhesive paper which is prepared by coating one surface of a paper sheet with an adhesive 6 is stiked on the egg 1 all over the surface and twisted on both ends 7a, 7b. When needed, the egg is hit to cruck the shell, then the adhesive paper is peeled off to complete shelling.
