To provide a shield assemble with defogger easy to produce and having an inner shield easily put on and taken off, hard to happen rapid deterioration of defogging characteristics with time.
The shield assemble with defogger has at least one outer shield 5 and an inner shield 6 arranged to keep contact at least partially to the inside of outer shield through a mechanical holding means. The mechanical holding means includes at least two holders 1, 1' connected to the outer shield, and the inner shield is held in an engaged state to the holder. At least one of the holders is swingable to the inner shield and is a pin 1 having a part 4 capable of engaging to the inner shield, and the part 4 preferably has at least a region 14 loosely engaging with the inner shield according to a swing position of the pin, and at least a region 15 tightly engaging with that, and the pin is connected to a means 3 extending outward from the outer shield and transmits the swing.
