To provide a shield fitting reducing effort for assembling a shield structure and facilitating assembly of the shield structure and to provide a shield structure with a shield fitting.
The shield structure 1 is provided with a shield part 10 and the shield fitting 11. The shield part 10 is provided with braided wire covering electric wire 8 and an outside sheath 13 covering the braided wire. The shield fitting 11 is provided with a shield inserting part, a part inserting part 21 and a caulking part 20. The shield inserting part is inserted into the braided wire. The part inserting part 21 is press fitted inside a connector housing 7. The caulking part 20 holds the shield part 10 between the shield inserting part. The caulking part 20 is provided with a caulking blade brought into contact with the braided wire by piercing through the outside sheath 13.
