To provide a shield flat cable which is shielded over the full length and has little variation of impedance at a cable end section.
A flat conductor 13 is exposed at one end of the shield flat cable by removing one side of an insulating resin film 14, a cable terminal section 12 is set up at the other end of the shield flat cable by sticking a reinforced tape 16 on an external surface of the other side of the insulating resin film, and impedance of the shield flat cable is set up at a designated value by covering the external surface of the insulating resin film 14 with shield films 17a, 17b. A first grand tape 15a is stuck at a designated distance on the flat conductor-side insulating resin film 14a where the cable terminal section 12 is exposed, and a second grand tape 15b is stuck on a reinforced tape 16 side of the insulating resin film at a designated distance from the tip. The first and second grand tapes are electrically connected with an overlapped section between the shield films 17a, 17b.
