PURPOSE: To provide a shield outer casing having a bushing in which a shield wire does not fall down into the inside and a casing cap can be surely calked.

CONSTITUTION: A shield outer casing is composed of a shield outer 2 consisting of a solid shield wire 6 wound around the outer periphery of a liner 7 and an outer coat 5 covering the outer periphery of the shield wire, a bushing consisting of a bottomed tubular part 9 and tubular part 10 and a casing cap 4 consisting of a tubular part 11a having a hole 11d inwhich the bushing 3 is inserted, a collar part 11b projecting radially, a hole 11e in which an inner cable 8 is inserted and a male screw part 11c having a male thread.
