To provide a shielding sheet that can be manufactured at a low cost and that makes the best use of feeling of a material of a base cloth.
In the shielding sheet 1, the sheet body 4 of a bag body is composed of the base cloth 2 formed of a fabric and soft synthetic resin sheets 3 which are arranged on both sides of the base cloth 2, and at least the one of which is transparent, and which are formed nearly in the same shape as the base cloth 2. A mounting part 7 is provided to the upper end of the sheet body 4, and the mounting part 7 is formed by folding back the upper end of the sheet body 4, and a core member 8 is arranged between the folded parts, and by heat-welding it with the sheet body 4 at the free end side. Hooks 15 are attached to stoppers 11 installed in the mounting part 7 and the shielding sheet is used by hanging it from a curtain rail 10.
