To provide the shielding structure of an electronic unit case where a shield member is formed on the sidewall face of the electronic unit case, and various electronic units stored in the electronic unit case are protected from a radio signal, a noise signal or an electrostatic signal.

A resin case 1, having an almost cubic shape, is the electronic unit case and it is an automatic toll calculating system (ETS) unit case for freeways. The resin case 1 is constituted of a base 2a, four inner faces 2b to 2e and one face part below a cover 4f. The shielding member 2 is formed and constituted in all five sidewall faces. When the radio signal, the noise signal or the electrostatic signal is inputted from the outside, the signals are formed in the inner faces 2b to 2e of the resin case and one face below the cover 4f, are absorbed or reflected by the shielding member 2. Respective signal faults are prevented from being given to various electronic components 6b and an electronic circuit 6a or the unit.
