To provide a shielding structure for a vehicle, with a simple configuration, allowing easy shielding operation and simple and smooth storage of a shielding sheet.

The shielding structure 10 in a vehicle 11 includes a pair of shielding sheets 15 which are held by left and right linings 13 in the rear of a cabin and which can be stored and expanded, a holding means 20 for holding the stored shielding sheet 15 when not in use, and a joining means 16 for joining tips of the shielding sheets 15 in an expanded state when in use. The holding means 20 is formed of a coil spring 27 wound on a take-up core material 25, always biases the shielding sheet 15 in a housing direction, and holds the joined shielding sheet 15 in a stretched state. The joining means 16 includes an engagement recess 29 formed in an end bar 28 of one shielding sheet 15 and an engagement protrusion 30 formed in an end bar 28 of the other shielding sheet 15.
