PURPOSE: To reduce a gap of shields and to improve shielding effect by penetrating a conductor member at double-sided substrate sections at which the ends of shielded case interposed between both the sides of a both-face substrate, and connecting the member to a reference potential.

CONSTITUTION: A front cover 3 and a frame 2 are respectively electrically connected to a rear cover 4 and a frame 2, and the frame 2 is further electrically connected to a reference potential point of front or rear face of a double-sided substrate 1. Further, a shielding effect is obtained by connecting through holes 7 formed at a predetermined interval between the connecting parts 6 of the substrate 1 are connected to the reference potential. In this case, a gap of the shields having a width a' and a thickness (d) remains by the holes 7 formed at the predetermined interval between the connecting parts 6 of the substrate 1. However, it becomes a' instead of a conventional a, and the shielding effect is improved in the amount of reduction of the area of the gaps. Further, the more the shielding effect of the gaps is improved, the greater the density of the holes 7 is formed and the smaller the a' is formed. Accordingly, an unnecessary radiation from the gaps can be prevented by reducing the gap of the shields formed at the section where the substrate 1 is interposed between the frame 1 and the rear cover 4 by forming the holes 7.
