Abstract:
To improve determination accuracy of an operation position.SOLUTION: A shift device includes: a shift lever; a magnet which, with an operation of the shift lever in a first operation direction, moves in a trajectory substantially parallel to an X-axis direction along a first virtual plane parallel to an XY plane, and which, with the operation of the shift lever in a second operation direction, moves in a trajectory substantially parallel to the X-axis direction along a second virtual plane different from the first virtual plane; a magnetic sensor for outputting spatial coordinate data which changes according to the position of the magnet; and a determination circuit for determining an operation position of the shift lever on the basis of the spatial coordinate data. The magnetic sensor is arranged so as to be tilted with respect to the X-axis direction and a Y-axis direction in a front view in a Z-axis direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
