In this shift lever boots installing structure, a frame part is arranged in a lower edge part of shift lever boots for covering the periphery of the shift lever, and the frame part is installed in a console. In the shift lever boots installing structure, an inner wall part 52 is arranged along the inside of the frame part 5, and a projection part 53 penetrating through the lower edge part 44 of the shift lever boots 3, is arranged on the lower end of the inner wall part 52, and the lower end of the projection part 53 is welded to an under surface 44a of the lower edge part 44 of the shift lever boots 3.
