In the device 19", a shift cable housing 27" is arranged adjacent to a take up member 26", and it has a shift cable receiving hole 53" for guiding a shift cable 22a from the take up member 26" and changing a direction of the shift cable 22a extending from the take up member 26". An indicator cable housing 28" is arranged adjacent to the shift cable housing 27", and it has an indicator cable receiving hole 56" for guiding an indicator cable 22a from the take up member 26" and changing a direction of the indicator cable 22a extending from the take up member 26". The shift cable housing 27", the indicator cable housing 27" and a part of an attachment portion 24 are formed integrally.
