Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide the shift register which can shift two-dimensional parallel data on a single circuit by providing a polarizer matrix inputted with the light data form light sources and flip-flops which are inputted with the data form this polarizer matrix and shift the data in parallel. CONSTITUTION:The input light information from the plural light sources 10 is made into the polarizer matrix by respective polarizers 11 and is inputted to an AND circuit 12. On the other hand, the input light information from a light source 20 for serial data input is also made into the polarizer matrix by an polarizer 21 and is inputted to a NOT circuit 22. The respective outputs of the AND circuit 12 and the output of the NOT circuit 22 are inputted as two-dimensional parallel data to the flip-flops 30..., respectively, from which the data are outputted as serial data. The serial data output is detected by an analyzer 40.
